Question by : What are some flat belly foods?
I am 13 years old. I am working out from workouts in a magazine article from “Seventeen” and they are talking about flat belly foods…I don’t understand all this crap about protein and yeah…and I don’t care.
Could you please list what are some flat belly foods that are easy to burning lovehandles fat and that a 13 year old would like and could make by herself on a daily basis? And how much water should I drink a day?
Any other tips. I need to lose some weight by burning lovehandles fat this Summer.

Eat a lot of veggies (3-5 servings), fruits (2-3 servings), and whole grains (6-11 servings). Also make sure you exercise for half an hour at least three times a week. Drink eight glasses of water a day. Also don’t forget that proteins (meat, fish, nuts, beans) and dairy (skim milk is best) are very important, especially since you’re 13 and need calcium for healthy bones throughout your life. Try to avoid eating too many refined carbohydrates (white bread, starchy potatoes, etc.). “Flat belly foods” mainly include anything you’d find in a salad, but try to get a variety of healthy foods in your diet instead of just lettuce and celery.
