Question by : What is a good weight loss diet for vegetarians?
Being a vegetarian for over 10 years, I now need to lose some of the weight i’ve put on in this time. Unfortunatly I must be eating an unblalance diet as i see plenty diets but most are for meat eaters none for us veggies. Any ideas for a good healthy Vegitarian weight loss program ?

Being a vegetarian is a good choice, yet choosing the right kind of protein is essential

If you are lacto-ovo, you can consume eggs and dairy products; others food choices that have high protein are quinoa grains, seeds, nuts, legumes, tufu products and beans.

Of course, the rest of the good food choices are leafy green vegetables, yellow veggies, herbs, and fruits.
